We went with a family of 4 planning on eating in but at the time it was only take away, we ordered online to collect and waited 25 mins. “ Well seasoned and tasty burgers. Excellent quality food. I had the onion burger which tasted delicious. I added salad to the burger (no additional cost) which balanced it out. Hubby had one of the special burgers with double patties. Very filling meal. The loaded fries were delicious. I deleted one for the atmosphere for the really uncomfortable metal seats but I saw that booth seating is going in soon which will only add to the atmosphere here. The waitresses are really attentive and helpful and really make this place. The korean sauce is amazing, definitely a must get. I cannot recommend enough. Give it a go. Hubbies favourite burger place. Similar price to five guys but much tastier. ”

“ We have visited Smokin' Joe's twice now, both to dine in & takeaway. Both times were absolutely faultless. The food is insane & the portion sizes are unbelievably generous ! We ate here with our 2 children, the children's menu is very good & most children will be pleased with the choices. The main menu has a fantastic choice there is something for everyone's taste. The staff are very friendly, helpful & accommodating even when busy, you're well looked after! We will be back soon I'm sure ”

“ If you like burgers this is the place to go. I was recommended here by a friend, I had often walked past as the decor isn't great, a bit like a works canteen but if you can ignore that then do go as it's totally worth it for the food alone. I'd drove as I didn't realise they did cocktails, didn't get to try them but they looked very good. ”

“ Visited smokin joes Tuesday just gone (18/4) and my word, how amazing! The wife ordered the wrong burger (her bad!) but it turned into a blessing as she really enjoyed it! My burger was amazing the short rib was cooked to perfection. Got halloumi and pulled pork loaded fries with my burger and honestly the portion sizes were fantastic. They weren’t kidding when they said they look after their guests!! We will definitely be back. Food was spot on, staff were attentive and could not be more helpful. Well done guys! We loved it. ”

“ Just ordered a delivery, every time without fail its exactly what you'd expect and more. Portion sizes are great, quality is excellent and always delivered on time piping hot. Burgers come in a good box so don't go soggy like a lot of other places. Chips are well seasoned, crispy on outside and soft in middle and of course the burgers are excellent. Tried the Burg-Rings today, 10x better than a plain onion ring - will definitely be ordering these again. I would say that its on the pricier side for a takeaway meal BUT the quality is great, and I'd rather pay that little bit extra for the quality offered. Would highly recommend to anyone. ”

“ Probably one of the best burgers I've ever had, ever. Hands down beats comparable food I've had on trips to USA and Canada. A real gem of a place with wicked staff and great service. I only wish I'd found it sooner. Worth making a trip to or stopping off at if you're in or near East Cleveland, Teesside, the North Yorkshire coast or even walking the Cleveland Way. Kerbside pick up is quick and easy too. Can't knock the place. A solid 10/10. ”
